The location was acceptable , as it was close to public transportation.
The air conditioning malfunctioned and left me very uncomfortable , as it barely cooled the room. Communication was slow, and it took far too long to get any assistance. I found it quite frustrating that there was no one available onsite to address these issues promptly , so I was left dealing with the heat and the slow responses.

superb locationhandy coffee
The location is AMAZING. It is within walking distance of the Duomo and several cultural sites. The coffee shop in the basement was also very handy for a quick caffeine fix.
