The reception staff was lovely and helpful. the location was great with easy access to public transport. i liked the air conditioning system. It worked very well.

The room lacked proper cleaning. The floors were not vacuumed. i had to request fresh towels.

the location was convenient to get around the area. the staff were helpful during check in. i found the gym had adequate equipment. the games room was an added bonus.

the room lighting was too bright in the morning making it hard to sleep.

the hotel offered complimentary tea. i observed vending machines with various snacks and drinks available for purchase. the vending machines are located on the ground floor, next to the reception area, convenient for a quick bite.
