Comfortable and Convenient Stay

I missed my flight and booked a room for the night. A sweet lady at reception helped make things smoother. Her name was Cloe and she was very kind.
The hotel should let customers know about a deposit paid by credit card. I did not have one, so I had to find an ATM to get cash. It was twenty minutes away from the hotel.

The lobby features a nice restaurant, and food available is delicious. The staff works at the bar and restaurant, and are helpful. They seem to care about people.

The hotel has good placement, and it is very clean. The environment is calm, which gave me a super experience. I will check back to the hotel.

A games area exists for children, which would be ideal. There is a large area near the reception. I noticed this area for families staying here for fun.

The room was spacious, and the bed plus pillows were comfy. A choice of soft and firmer pillows existed. The rooms are quiet despite being close to the airport.

breakfast had adequate hot food, which I do like in the morning. the bar staff was excellent and attentive. the waiting staff were very pleasant, this is something i noticed. the location was good and effective aircon was a plus.
the shower flooded the bathroom through the door, that was not fun. the water temperature was volatile, especially for kids. aircon wasnt good, so i had to open all the windows and get some fresh air.

The restaurant staff was LOVELY, and the food was AMAZING!!! The price was reasonable. The staff helped me book the shuttle service.
I noticed a SLIGHT delay during check-out in the busy hours.

Mansure and malik at the front desk were helpful, they provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and arranged an uber for us! the room had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water was available for showering. the bed proved to be very comfortable. I slept well after a long day.
I found the sauna was non-existent. This was disappointing as i was expecting a wellness weekend. the pool was smaller than the pictures implied and the water temperature was uncomfortably cold.

The hotel provided good facilities for its price range. The car parking area felt secure and safe to leave your vehicle. i noticed they maintained a quiet environment around the hotel. It ensured a peaceful stay. the staff was particularly cute and helpful throughout my visit.

The room was clean and spacious. It offered enough space to move around comfortably. i appreciated the excellent quality of the bed linens. They contributed positively to my rest quality. the rooms are a little outdated but clean!

I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff, especially lauren, provided excellent service with smiles and professionalism. the food was always fresh. The pastries and breads were particularly delicious. dinner in the restaurant was pleasant. The staff were friendly.
