the shuttle service to the airport was infrequent. this caused a bit of stress. a more regular shuttle would greatly improve the experience.

the bus stop was very near, making it easy to reach the airport.

I found the parking garage to be excessively expensive. furthermore, the tourist tax charged for my 14-year-old child seemed incorrect. There was to be misinformation given upon arrival. while another colleague corrected it the next morning, no apology was offered, which i found disappointing.

the room had a very spacious layout I loved it the beds provided great comfort I appreciated having both separate toilet and bathroom facilities they were very convenient. the staff was helpful I will book again. the large bathtub was great it doubled with a separate shower stall also convenient.

the shuttle service could benefit from increased frequency perhaps coordinating with neighboring hotels would improve convenience .

The location was convenient because I wanted a space away from the city center. Free parking above ground was available. The reception staff were fine too.

I thought the carpets were old. The bathroom and toilet were plastic installations of mini rooms. The furniture seemed budget-friendly to me.

the room included a big sofa bed and comfortable pillows. the hotel offers bus and train transport to the city. it was easy to get to the airport, which i found useful (saved me time getting to my flight). there was ample underground parking available.

i noticed slow check-in at night due to only one staff member. it would be beneficial to have more staff during peak hours.
