I used the free shuttle from the airport. It was very convenient. The check-in process was quick. I found a water fountain available near the lobby. That was a nice touch! The lobby included a screen showing flight information.
I noticed the room was somewhat cold when I arrived.

My room included a bathtub. The television was big and very clear. There were orthopedic pillows on the beds, it shows great care! I liked the calming decor in the rooms, very peaceful.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport (VERY convenient). Check-in was QUICK and the staff was friendly. The room featured a large, clear TV and a bathtub, a HUGE plus. I found the toilets in the main lobby to be clean.
The room was a little too far from the reception desk.

The staff was helpful in arranging a 4 AM transfer to the airport, which proved useful. the breakfast service started early, with options including soy milk, catering to different dietary needs. It was great!

The staff was friendly. and helpful. I dined at the hotel and the food was also good.
The shuttle never came to take me to the hotel, so I had to pay for a taxi. I discovered the hard way that the shuttle does not run throughout the day. There is a big gap in the middle of the day. The on-site restaurant was poorly managed. The server seemed overwhelmed and rude, even rolling her eyes when I asked for silverware.

the staffs was very friendly. joanna and nathanaelle were super helpful with our luggages and even our dog! the team. they were great!
the room i stayed in was very cold and lacked basic toiletries. i had to ask reception for toothpaste, which i kinda expect in a four-star hotel. sneezing a lot!

The receptionist helped me a lot when my husband was sick. She even interpreted for me at the hospital. I received help with contacting the rental car company, which I greatly appreciated. The room was quiet and the bedding was comfortable. Access from the nearby airport via tram was easy.
The room did not have basic toiletries such as toothpaste, I had to request it from reception.
