The public transportation access was quite convenient. I found reaching the Gropius Passagen shopping center easy using the bus. The breakfast buffet was amazing and varied, I especially loved the fresh pastries.
The receptionist did react uncomfortably when I asked for more towels. That wasn't pleasant! I reminded me of I was bothering him, which I tried to avoid later. I thought the experience could have been better with friendlier service.

the location is conveniently near public transport in the southern part of the city. a large shopping center is easily reachable by bus from the hotel. the breakfast was varied and very good, a great start to the day.
the hotel lacked some of the extra amenities i expect. i wanted slippers and a bathrobe, but no robe was available until the next day.

My room included a kettle and coffee maker, i found this feature useful. the room had a safe that was free to use. Sufficient wardrobe space was also available.

The breakfast was excellent, particularly on weekends. The room was very clean. The personnel was very good. The location to public transit is excellent. The bus stops right outside the door.
