The hotel is conveniently close to the train station. A short walk got me there easily. My room had many electrical sockets including USB ports. I especially liked having sockets near the bed.. Air conditioning worked well in the room. The late check-in was very helpful, available at the 24-hour desk.

I needed to request a room clean and never got it, though I stayed for several nights.

The staff provided free coffee and tea in the lobby, a very nice touch. They were helpful with directions and information regarding local transportation.. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.

The breakfast was quite disappointing, it really wasn't the best. the scrambled eggs seemed like they came from an industrial package. They were cube-shaped. the sausages were also cold and some of the food seemed stale, that was not great.

Convenient Location and Great Staff!

The location was perfect because it was only an S-Bahn stop from the airport. The S-Bahn stop is just a short walk from the front of the hotel. I enjoyed the syper comfy bed and the great water pressure in the shower. I found Sami at the bar to be a true entertainer, he welcomed everyone warmly!

I found the lack of a fridge in the room to be an issue. It would have been nice to store some drinks and snacks. I would've appreciated some more convenient options to lunch nearby.
