This hotel is very close to the airport. Public transportation is accessible within walking distance. The bus trip to the airport took only 10 minutes. The room had a coffee maker. The hotel provided breakfast.
The air conditioner made a repeating noise. It disturbed my sleep, even when completely switched off. The location is not easily accessible. A taxi ride to the airport cost 14 EUR. There were no simple bus options.

The front desk seemed understaffed. Check-in required using a machine. I found it impersonal and annoying. The room temperature was difficult to adjust, and I was never quite comfortable (it was either too hot or too cold). The paid breakfast was disappointing (the pastries were stale).

broken air conditioningoverworked staff
the air conditioning did not work in my room. i set it to 20 degrees celsius, but it remained hot. this was especially difficult during the summer. also, the staff seemed overworked. i saw them making pizzas, checking guests in, and answering questions simultaneously. it was difficult to get assistance.
