Check in was smooth and efficient. The room included dental and shaving kits. The rooftop pool offered easy access to fresh towels. Breakfast included pho and delicious Vietnamese coffee. I liked that a lot. Breakfast service begins early, with special dishes starting at 6:30 a.m.
The mini bar fridge had limited space to fit drinks. It also had mini bar items available for purchase. I wished there was a microwave.

The pool area has comfortable loungers and shaded sections. The top floor location gives nice views. I also saw a gym downstairs. It looked to have modern equipment.

The hotel location was INCREDIBLY convenient. I could walk to major attractions. Staff provided a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms were clean. There was a Great variety at breakfast.
The room was a little small. It could benefit from additional storage space. This was a very slight issue. I managed fine nonetheless.

The room featured luxurious sheets and towels, with luxury toiletries. The bathroom sparkled with cleanliness, i HAD a super clean experience. I found the bed comfortable.

The rooftop bar showcased very nice city views, with delicious cocktails available. I found plenty of quality sun loungers available at the rooftop pool, complete with umbrellas. The location is prime, in the heart of the district.

the hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city, with many key attractions nearby. the proximity to halal restaurants was a big plus for me. the staff provided personal attention to my needs.
the towel had a stain, and there was hair in the shower (though this was a minor issue).
