cute owners free parking space great breakfast unclear wi-fi advertised bar bar absence

the owners were very cute. they gave up their parking space for us. they showed us to our room. breakfast was great.

the information for the wi-fi was not at all clear. we had none for the duration of our stay. a licensed bar was advertised and there was none. i would not have booked if i had known.

great breakfast helpful staff spacious room clean room

the breakfast included different options. it had a good english breakfast, and also cereals if someone wanted something else. the staff helped a lot, especially alisha, who packed some food for our trip home since we had an early train. the room was spacious and very clean, i loved it.

The bathroom door needed a bit of force to close properly. That was it, really.

The hotel was near the beach at st chad's road, a short walk. i saw that pleasure beach was also within a reasonable distance. many attractions were nearby. This location was great!

The hosts. They were cute! the staff was on hand when i needed assistance. the customer service was excellent, and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. it really elevated our stay.

central location really good service

i really appreciated the central location. it was easy to walk to nearby attractions. alisha provided really good service. she packed us a thoughtful breakfast for our early train, a great help. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

i noticed some dust in the room. the furniture arrangement. the room could benefit from deeper cleaning.

I found the breakfast fantastic with good quality food. The shower worked very well. Very neat place and tidy. I appreciated the friendly and helpful owners.
