the owners were very cute. they gave up their parking space for us. they showed us to our room. breakfast was great.

the information for the wi-fi was not at all clear. we had none for the duration of our stay. a licensed bar was advertised and there was none. i would not have booked if i had known.

the breakfast included different options. it had a good english breakfast, and also cereals if someone wanted something else. the staff helped a lot, especially alisha, who packed some food for our trip home since we had an early train. the room was spacious and very clean, i loved it.

The bathroom door needed a bit of force to close properly. That was it, really.

i really appreciated the central location. it was easy to walk to nearby attractions. alisha provided really good service. she packed us a thoughtful breakfast for our early train, a great help. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

i noticed some dust in the room. the furniture arrangement. the room could benefit from deeper cleaning.
