I really enjoyed the views over the city from my room on the higher floor. The location proved convenient, with the station very close (I traveled around with ease!).

The room cleaning was barely noticeable (I really expected better). No additional water bottles were provided, and the coffee wasn't restocked, a shame.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted me quickly with directions and information about local attractions. Their positive attitude added a great deal to my overall experience (a warm welcome always makes a difference!).
