Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The breakfast included excellent food variety, and there was lots of it. The staff members were very helpful, nice, and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the port, an advantage for travelers needing easy access. I was able to find free parking near the hotel, a definite plus.
The television audio was muffled, and the visual image had interference whenever the light switch near the TV was used.

The reception and kitchen staff, including Ester and Vanessa, were kind and helpful. Additional services were offered. The service was AMAZING!!!

The breakfast provided a great variety of food and offered many choices. The ladies who cared for the breakfast area were also very helpful. This made for a good start to each day.

The hotel enjoys a good location with a bus stop across the street. This stop provides easy access to the train station. It is very useful for transportation.

the reception staff were helpful to me. they provided written details regarding bus routes to the airport, the beach, and local restaurants. this information included prices and timetables, which i found very useful.
the television in my room had poor quality audio. the visual image fragmented whenever i used the light switch near the tv. i found this quite distracting.

The air conditioning struggled mightily to cool the room. it barely made a dent in the summer heat. the television was equally problematic. The picture constantly flickered. the remote was also unresponsive.
