The front desk staff showed kindness, providing hot water late in the evening when i requested it. They helped me with my heavy bag upon request. I also could leave my bag for a few hours after i checked out, this was convenient. The coffee was great, a good morning treat.

The closet space was a bit limited. this did not greatly affect my stay

The location is convenient as it is a brief walk from both the train station and the main pedestrian street. I found this location very easy to navigate, made exploring effortless.

the staff were friendly i was able to leave my bags prior to check in. the location is good near the main shopping street and restaurants. breakfast was simple but nice

the bathroom was not very good the shower place was too tight. hot water took a long time to come out. it was too noisy and the insulation was bad
