I found the room rather spacious and clean, a great comfort. the beds and pillows felt soft, really inviting after a long day. the shuttle to the airport cost only 3 euros. It was a total convenience for me.
The staff was not RUDE. They were not particularly cute. there was some indifference from the receptionist, and she always had a neutral expression. i kinda wished for a warmer greeting.

the hotel restaurant provided a decent selection of food. there were several options to choose from, including vegetarian dishes, and the service felt quite attentive. the atmosphere seemed relaxing, and the space had comfortable seating.

The receptionist seemed quite unfriendly. I am sure I booked a rate including breakfast. The staff told me it wasn't included. It seems like the reservation details changed after I booked. That was disappointing.

Rooms has adequate size. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. I used the shuttle service early at 4 am and it helped for my early flight. The hotel is near airport. I appreciate I only needed to walk a few minutes to the terminal.
Staff were not rude, but I found her attitude a bit off-putting. I think she could have smiled more.

the hotel is a quick ten minute walk from the airport. i found a complimentary water filling station right in the lobby, that's awesome. it helped me stay hydrated after my flight. the breakfast was really rich with great variety, including fruit, yogurt, and even sausage.
the staff did not provide information about available english tv channels. i had to figure it out myself. also, i wasn't informed about needing to reserve transport to the airport and the costs involved. that would have been helpful upfront!

The bus driver acted rude, and the walk from the bus stop was difficult with luggage. Anything over ten minutes incurred a charge. I couldn't find parking outside the hotel either. This created extra stress before my flight.
