nice coastal retreat
smart tv reliable shower tea facilities convenient location
i had a double room, and it was quite spacious. i appreciated the large smart tv and the reliable shower pressure. the tea and kettle facilities were handy for a quick refreshment in the room (always a plus for me). i also found the location convenient, with easy access to the town center and nearby beaches.
the decor in my room felt a little dated.

the hotel offers easy access to transportation with bus stops located directly outside. frequent services to truro and nearby towns are available. pharmacies and a tesco store are conveniently located close to the hotel, providing easy access to essentials.

the hotel includes a swimming pool, though i did not use it . the hotel features entertainment every night, and many guests found the acts to be great. a lift is available needing access to higher floors.

spacious twin room indoor heated pool convenient bus stop out of order lift dated hotel limited bar hours
the twin room i stayed in was spacious. i found the indoor heated pool to be a nice amenity. the bus stop outside the hotel provided convenient access.
the lift was out of order i found this inconvenient. the bar did not open until 430 pm i would have liked earlier service.

room issues and closed facilities
closed pool thin walls
the staff was friendly and helpful, i appreciate that.
the pool was closed , and the room looked much older than the pictures showed i saw stains and outdated furniture and the walls were very thin so i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms.
