The receptionist seemed rude at check-in. She seemed to want to be on her mobile phone instead. I was told to move the car immediately from the front. I think this could have been handled better.

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to Fistral Beach. The staff was very friendly. Ivan helped me with everything I needed. The room had a great view.
The hotel decor seemed very tired. Paintwork on the woodwork of the staircase was terrible. The bedroom lacked soap and shower gel in the bathroom. The towels smelled like they had not been dried properly.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Fistral Beach. I enjoyed the bar. It had comfy sofas and a great atmosphere. The staff provided helpful service. The sea views from the hotel were lovely.
The walls seemed a bit thin, I could hear noises from other rooms, a little disruptive during the night.

the bed and pillows was confortable. i slept great.
the room needed some tlc. the wardrobe mirror had a great big crack. the shower cubicle had long black hairs on one wall. not all staff were as friendly as i hoped.
