clean room comfortable bed

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable (i slept well).

no water coming from shower. was told we had to wait 15 minutes for staff to turn pump on. after 15 minutes only got the tinest dribble of cold water. this happened in the evening & the morning.

handy transport quiet location cute staff dirty restroom ammonia smell many cats

the location was really handy for transport links. it was also central, yet quiet. the staff were cute on arrival and made it clear i could contact them if needed.

the restroom was not clean. there were also many cats. the whole building had an overwhelming ammonia smell, a quite unpleasant experience.

superb location clean room good comfort helpful staff

the hotel enjoys a superb location near the railway station. i appreciated the close proximity to local amenities, including various shops and food options. the room was clean, and the bed offered good comfort after a long day. i found the staff to be personable and quite helpful.

the shower pressure was a little low, but manageable.

great location lovely hosts required amenities

the location is GREAT!!! it is near the station and close to major attractions. the hosts were really lovely, polite and helpful. i found everything required for my short stay.

The room was quite small. The ensuite was also small.
