inconvenient room service small bathroom

I had some issues . the bathroom was just way too small. also, the room service didn't use a proper cart. Instead, they left the food on a board with no place to eat except the bed. it was frustrating, small bathroom space

panoramic view quick staff lavazza coffee

the elevator ride revealed panoramic views. the staff responded quickly to requests. i also found lavazza coffee maker in the room.

The music from the atrium kept me up. It was caused by the hotel itself.

pleasant hotel stay

panoramic view delicious breakfast faulty heat cold weather

the panoramic views greeted me as the elevator doors opened. in-room breakfast tasted delicious. le labo toiletries were a nice touch and i liked the hot shower with great water pressure.

the room heat did not work . it was 60 degrees much of the time, despite the heater being on. the discomfort this caused was not ideal.

king balcony amazing views minibar selection leaking coffee maker electronic curtain terrible wifi

I was very pleased with my room. It was a king balcony room. the balcony had amazing views. the minibar selection was also nice.

The coffee maker leaked, and some of the electronic curtain buttons did not work. when i told the front desk, they sent someone to fix it, but they broke the rod off. the wifi was terrible unless i paid extra. That was frustrating

Amazing Hotel!!!

I enjoyed my Gotham Queen Balcony room! It was on the 20th floor. It faced west. I had a full view from top to bottom of Manhattan. The location was superb. It was in the middle of Williamsburg. It was near bars, coffee shops, and bagel places.

I didn't like that the TV didn't have streaming service available. I also couldn't mirror anything to the TV.

The first floor café offers great coffee. Leuca provides a private dining room thoughtfully prepared for events. The food and drinks kept flowing. That was very charming!!!

i adored the expansive balcony with city views. the minibar selection was extensive and excellent. the staff demonstrated really good friendliness. i also appreciated the complimentary water and coffee refills..

i found limited seating options at the pool unless i paid extra. it would be very helpful to know these pool restrictions in advance.
