clean hotel modern hotel

the hotel is clean and modern. the location is conveniently near subway stations. i liked that ease was available to use the lyft and see the sights from the window.

the led sign outside caused my room to blink at night. i could also hear neighbors talking on the phone. i found it hard to sleep well.

the front desk staff was excellent. they helped me with parking and hotel information. they were sweethearts and seemed happy at work, showing a positive attitude i appreciate.

perfect location helpful staff pristine condition

the location was perfect for exploring. i could walk to many attractions easily. the staff was helpful in storing my luggage after checkout. they also arranged a car for my return trip to the airport. the room's pristine condition impressed me. personal products provided were a nice touch. water bottles and a snack were also waiting for me.

i requested extra pillows , but they never arrived. also , no one answered the phone at the front desk when i called to follow up.

a daily coupon provided a $10 credit for food or drinks. this was unexpected and made the on-site bar more appealing. it helped offset some dining costs.

check-in took about five minutes. the front desk provided great service. we had our own elevator. access without stopping at multiple floors.

The rooms are small. This is typical for the area, though.

i definitely appreciated the customer service. staff members were kind and efficient. the beds were comfortable and the linens felt high quality. fresh bottled water was provided every day which was very welcome.

the ac unit made a bit of noise all night it was sometimes distracting.

the rooms have a compact design and still felt spacious enough for me. i found the beds comfortable with high quality linens provided. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially lisbeth s, who promptly addressed my requests . the location is also great, close to many attractions.

The ac unit made some noise during the night. It was hard to get a completely quiet night's sleep

the hotel is very clean and modern i found the staff to be helpful and friendly the location is excellent with easy access to subway stations my room had nice views and comfortable bed i appreciated the free wi-fi throughout the hotel i would stay here again

the room was quite small making it a little cramped with luggage
