the location is just excellent, right by times square! it's super convenient for seeing all the main spots. the room had a really great city view, i loved waking up to that sight. staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions i had.

my room had a new york style design and included a spacious, clean layout, with a comfortable bed. the rooftop bar offered amazing views of times square, a fantastic spot to relax. it added a special touch to the experience.

I loved how quickly the staff worked. They were super efficient. the location is really nice! it is close to all subway lines and next to a theater. the room was very quiet because of the noise cancelling windows. the breakfast room had a real view. It overlooked the new year's eve ball-drop location. i stayed longer just for the view!
The reception is on the second floor. I observed other issues as well

the location was ideal for seeing shows. i easily walked to the theaters. the rooftop bar provided fine views of the city. the spaciousness of my room surprised me. it accommodated everyone comfortably.
the bathroom felt quite dark, even with all the lights on. i noticed a general worn appearance. there was a stain on the carpet and lounger.

The location was acceptable. Close to everything i needed.
The room service was unbelievably slow. I ordered a simple sandwich, and it took over an hour. the sandwich was cold when it finally arrived. the bread was stale. i was really frustrated.

My room had a direct view of Times Square, so that was very exciting. The breakfast venue offered fine views, and the buffet included many options. The location was undeniably central, with great access to Broadway shows and nearby subway stations.
This arrangement often led to long waits, which proved rather inconvenient.
