the helpful staff were very accommodating , and they fulfilled our request for a higher floor upon arrival. the happy hour with wine and cheese felt so special , it added such a romantic note to our evenings.
the bed frame in our room showed wear , and some restroom tiles needed updating , these small details detracted slightly from the otherwise perfect experience.

i stayed in a king beautiful suite with my family, and it was perfect! the cleaning service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. i especially enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese happy hour. the location was quiet, even though it was close to everything.

the staff was friendly offering help constantly. complimentary wine and cheese each evening was a romantic touch. i enjoyed the convenient location allowing for easy exploration. i could easily walk to shows and nearby attractions.
the room felt quite small limiting our ability to fully unpack. i found it challenging to manage luggage and belongings within the limited space. more storage options would greatly improve the comfort.

The location was convenient for seeing a show.
The room lacked drawers for storing clothes so I lived out of my suitcase. The heater was broken so the room was excessively hot during the entire stay. The staff was disinterested in helping with these issues. It was very frustrating

The location was unbeatable! it placed us steps from all the theaters and wonderful little bistros. the staff were so very kind and always smiling, always ready to help with directions or even just a friendly word. i particularly loved the complimentary umbrellas. They were quite useful during a little drizzle one afternoon. the stylish, modern decor really added to the experience!

my stay was very enjoyable the hotel's location made it easy to walk to shows and restaurants i received an upgrade to a larger room and that was a nice surprise the complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon was a great bonus it created a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a busy day.
the noise from the street was quite noticeable even on a higher floor it made it difficult to fall asleep early i think better soundproofing would improve the experience significantly
