A Decent Hotel Experience

The breakfast buffet was superb. There was a nice variety of options. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room itself was spacious, providing ample room to relax.
The check-in process was long. I waited over 10 minutes, even with only one person ahead of me. The floor in my room was old and stained. The rooms overall seemed dated. Drawers and doors did not close well.

i found the pool area magnificent. there were many sun beds available. the buffet breakfast was lovely. there was good food at the hotel too.
the check-in wasn't what i expect at a five-star hotel. the receptionist could be more service-minded. it doesn't cost anything to be friendly. i think it could be better.
