Acceptable for a layover, but disappointing

The hotel has a free airport shuttle which was punctual and convenient.
The veal dish I ordered for dinner was very tough, it was essentially just a bone with barely any meat on it. The waitress took it away immediately, but it meant I ate alone while my husband waited for another meal. It was shocking they served that meal to a guest at all.

the shuttle service to the airport was great. it took only minutes to get there. the staff members were amazing (very friendly, i must say). the room was also super clean.
i found the atmosphere in the restaurant rather cold. one side of the hotel rooms faces the highway. this highway is busy all night. so, it could be noisy.

My room lacked basic amenities like a coffee machine. i had expected better, but even a simple request for one was met with a polite refusal. it seems the hotel policy prioritizes minimizing guest convenience.

the airport shuttle was convenient after my flight.
The air conditioning in my studio room did not work. the room was hot upon arrival and remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night. i also found several mosquitoes in the room. It was not a restful experience.
