acceptable stay, but a few issues

slow elevator broken air conditioning

The elevator was painfully slow. I'm not sure what the hold up was. also, the air conditioning in the room didn't work. A real problem in the heat. the street outside was also surprisingly noisy at night. I could not wait to leave.

excellent central location

central location friendly staff clean room

i liked the hotel's location a lot, as it was super close to the center and main attractions. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the room was very comfy and tidy, a nice retreat after a day exploring.

the elevator was broken , which was inconvenient. it was slightly bothersome at times.

the hotel offers an elevator for easy access to upper floors , and a water dispenser is available near reception. they provide bottles and glasses to use freely , which is a thoughtful touch.

reception and guest services staff were attentive and kind , always ready to assist. the breakfast includes cooked to order omelets , alongside a self serve coffee pot with no wait. cappucino is available upon request.
