I found the location ideal for exploring. The staff provided a city map during check-in (this helped me get oriented). A supermarket is conveniently located in the square outside the hotel. This made getting supplies easy.
The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. I experienced some difficulty adjusting the room temperature, which impacted my comfort.

My room included a kettle, a fridge. tea and coffee. These amenities were replaced each day, which I appreciated. The bedding and room cleaning were also done daily.

The hotel offered a decent breakfast with a range of essential items for a good start. I also noticed that the hotel looked newly renovated and was kept very clean (this added to the overall positive experience).

The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. I found the variety to be satisfactory (especially the fresh fruit). The staff were very friendly.

This hotel has a very central location. Restaurants, beaches. shopping and sightseeing are all within walking distance. My room had views of the castle, beautifully illuminated at night.

The hotel's location proved acceptable, affording convenient access to various amenities.
I found the absence of soundproofing quite disturbing. The noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible, also the slamming of doors. the air conditioning system seemed deficient since it failed to provide proper ventilation in the room.

cleaning servicehygiene issue
The cleaning service did not meet expectations. My t-shirt was inexplicably placed in the bidet, and staff failed to adequately address my complaint or arrange for me to speak with a manager. this inaction after i reported the incident was unacceptable. the lack of immediate attention to such a basic hygiene issue reflects poorly on the hotel's service standards.
