excellent location comfortable bed plenty room helpful owner

The location was excellent. I found everything i needed within easy reach. the apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. there was sufficient space for movement throughout the hotel. i appreciated chatting with the helpful owner.

clean apartment helpful staff convenient location drafty window loose socket faulty socket

the apartment was quite clean. the staff was helpful and friendly. the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

the kitchen window did not properly close. this resulted in a persistent draft. electrical sockets seemed loose and were coming away from the wall.

the apartment had a good kitchen area. electric coded doors secured the rooms very well.

uneven stay, some issues arose

delayed check-in unclean microwave

check-in caused frustration because i waited an hour because i didnt get any codes for the door and the room. i spoke with two children cleaning, and they had to call someone to help me. eventually, one of the children gave me a piece of paper with the door codes. the microwave wasnt fully clean, i seen that when i went to use it.

poor communication lack of towels

the location was acceptable and close to many attractions.

i found several issues. there was NO communication before my arrival regarding a maintenance problem in my original room. we had to use towels from the bathroom in the kitchenette because there were no hand towels.
