Excellent Airport Hotel

I found the hotel quite convenient to the airport. It was only minutes away. I appreciated the bus to the city center. The ride was around 20 minutes. The free parking was ample. I found a spot easily. The staff offered helpful and friendly service.

I noticed that the soundproofing was average, and I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The check-in process was fast. Diletta gave all necessary information in a very professional manner. The room was perfect. It was well-furnished, bright and very clean.

The front desk only allowed one key for two people. The key was required to keep electricity running in the room. The ac shut off when we left the room on a very hot day. I found that a second key card was not possible.

Airport Hotel Exceeds Expectations!

This hotel is super close to the airport. The staff helped us big time with bus schedules, baggage storage, and they even pointed us to an awesome restaurant. The room and bathroom was super clean! The shower had great pressure, also overhead rainshower, worked perfect.

The hotel charged my card twice! They say one was a pre-authorization charge. Five days later, I still haven't seen that refund on my account.

i encountered a few problems. the front desk only provided one key, i needed it to operate the electricity. the ac shut off every time i left the room on a hot day, this was inconvenient. i also requested a shuttle in advance but received an automated response, my message was not read.
