Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities

The hotel staff offered assistance with early check-in. I was very tired after my long flight and appreciated this. The hotel is decorated with wood, giving it a cozy feel. Essential oils were diffused throughout the hallways and rooms.
The hotel taxi service was thirty minutes late. I had to follow up multiple times to find out what was going on.

The hotel is located centrally. It made it easy to walk around. I was able to shop, explore street food, and visit nearby attractions. Independence Palace is close, and so are Ben Thanh market and the War Remnants Museum.

I found the staff friendly and helpful! The rooftop pool is definitely a highlight. I enjoyed the afternoon tea available. Such a nice touch. The location is convenient, ALL major attractions are within walking distance.
The breakfast area can get a little crowded during peak hours. SOME guests may have to wait for a seat.
