iron restrictionstained towel
I gotta say, i wasn't thrilled about the lack of flexibility. they have this weird rule against irons in the rooms, citing "safety reasons". seriously? every other place i stayed in had no issue. plus, they tried to charge me extra for a "stained" towel. Apparently, my skin left a mark. never encountered that one before. what a load of garbage!!!

i found the breakfast had many local options i enjoyed. fresh fruit and vegetables were abundant at every meal. the pool did not smell too strong of chlorine. i had no issues communicating with the staff because everyone spoke english well.
the water bottles in the room has a payment charge, but i did not want to pay for water.

The breakfast featured a nice variety of local selections and sweet treats. On my checkout day, the hotel offered a shower before my departure, very welcome. The swimming pool on the 9th floor offered excellent views of the city. I enjoyed the comfortable king size bed in my suite.
The checkout process felt a LITTLE cumbersome, as the staff meticulously checked that I hadn't forgotten anything, delaying my departure slightly.

The staff was friendly. They helped me book tours. the location is convenient. I could walk to many attractions. my room was clean, spacious and modern. i found the air conditioning very effective, more so than in other places (a definite plus!).

the room featured comfy beds and plump pillows and a great bathroom. i enjoyed the spacious bathroom with a japanese toilet. breakfast had a lot of choice. staff were helpful and friendly and they did our laundry, pressed and hung it in our wardrobe. it was a luxury to come back to.
the marble steps at the front were slippy when wet. guests need to be careful.
