this hotel had a super stylish Design and very excellent SERVICE. old world charm and Modern facilities. the food was delicious. I want to also mention how clean everything was.

i found the wine selection was not very good. There were not many available options to choose from. next time i will get drinks elsewhere.

musty roomslow communication

i was really annoyed with my stay. the room smelled damp and dusty. it wasn't great since the windows don't open and the carpet probably has never been cleaned properly. the staff did offer me other rooms, but they all smelled the same. communication was also a problem because it took way too long to get my requests handled.

the premium king room had plenty space i liked. breakfast included many options, even for vegetarians i noted. the staff allowed us leave our luggage and use the pool after check-out, and this helped.

the new year's eve party had limited options with drinks i not liked.

I had some disappointments . the staff seemed inflexible. It reminded me of following rules mattered more than pleasing customers. for example, i asked for another coffee at 10:01 am, just one minute after breakfast ended, and i was refused. the wine selection wasn't excellent either. the breakfast pastries weren't fresh!!!
