I found the staff cute and always ready to assist with any request I had. My room was a Residence Club Premier. It gave me access to the cocktail and canapés hour in the Residence Club Room. The food selection included alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-kept. I noticed room cleaning was thorough and detailed.

The lounge visit was not excellent. It needed better options with allergies. I noticed limited accommodations for specific dietary needs and that felt slightly exclusionary.

The hotel is amazing. its facilities are great. The club lounge is excellent in every way, including decor and atmosphere. the food is also amazing (i especially liked the seafood buffet!). the staff were always smiling and helpful.

the carpet in the corridor seemed slightly grubby. i would have preferred a fresher look.

I appreciated the breakfast area it was lovely. The drinks were available all day long I thought it was great. The pool area felt nice it was spacious and clean. Although there was work on the roof to install solar panels it was opened and accessible.

The coffee I ordered did not have the rich aroma. It was harshly bitter and acidic lacking signature depth. I was met with an indifferent attitude from a staff member. They seemed to ignore me choosing instead to engage with other guests.
