helpful staff convenient location diverse breakfast

the staff was helpful I particularly valued their assistance with luggage and their attentiveness during breakfast the facilities were well-kept and satisfactory. i found the location convenient especially its proximity to ben thanh market it made exploring and finding dining options very easy. the provided breakfast had a nice variety including several vietnamese dishes

i noticed that the tv only offered local channels which was somewhat limiting.

some issues during stay

hotel downgrade inconvenient location

the staff was VERY kind and supportive.

upon arrival at the hotel, i learned they would move US for ONE night to their sister hotel, a DEFINITE downgrade. the location was also not convenient for seeing the city's sights.

i found a real gem here. the staff were helpful and courteous. jade made a fantastic ice coffee, i really enjoyed it. the rooftop pool area is compact but pleasant. the front desk staff were professional.

The breakfast included many Asian dishes. I found some very tasty options. The electric toilet was also a great feature. I enjoyed the rooftop sky bar and pool after a long day.

The fire exit was blocked with flammable material.

Central Location, Great Staff

The staff was ALWAYS ready to help with a smile. I enjoyed the sky bar. It was open late during my weekend visit. I even received 2 for 1 drink vouchers upon arrival, one for each night of my stay. Breakfast offered many choices and looked beautiful too

The rooftop pool had very few sun loungers and only one sunshade. I think this area NEEDS redesigning. It felt awkward to get into the pool.
