The staff greeted me with smiles and promptly assisted with luggage. complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch after exploring. i stored baggage for free behind the reception desk. This was so helpful.
the bathroom door did not close perfectly, but this was a very minor issue. i only noticed it because everything else was so well.

the breakfast was excellent. i found many freshly made dishes. the pastries and fruits were diverse. the rooftop bar provided a pleasant space and affordable drinks for us hotel guests.
The room decor felt old. it needed a full upgrade. some tiles and flooring looked damaged. the wiring for the bedside table lamps seemed unsafe. I saw exposed and split cables.

The location was acceptable. It was easy to reach several attractions.
The room felt quite small, i barely had space to move around with my luggage. also, the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep a little. the lack of privacy was really disappointing, and i expected better soundproofing.

The staff were warm and cute, a positive aspect of the hotel.
The room I booked was not what I expected. I discovered a concrete wall covered the only window, disappointing. I moved to a smaller room with a view, but I am not sure I received a full refund.
