the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked properly. the lobby had nice decorations. breakfast offered fresh tropical fruits, good bread, an omelette station. coffee and tea each morning. i found the staff helpful throughout my stay.

the location is central so walking around district 1 is easy. trips in and out of the city took longer by car because of the traffic. the room is comfortable with a good shower. i liked the soaking tub in the living room
the room was a little small. the general cleanliness could be better. for example, the cutlery was not clean

i found the hotel beautifully decorated, paying great attention to detail. our room on the seventh floor felt spacious and comfortable. i liked the bathroom with its shower and provided toiletries. fresh fruits in the room were a lovely touch. the buffet breakfast was very good.
the walls are thin. i noticed noise from nearby rooms and the hallway.

communication with the staff was excellent both before and . the reception area had attentive staff. my room included bottles of different teas, a nice touch. the balcony offered a view and the bath in the room was a bonus.
The room was a bit too dark for my liking. More lighting could improve the ambiance.

The breakfast buffet featured a different noodle soup each day I loved trying the local flavors. The staff helped me coordinate transportation and they spoke english WELL. The hotel is conveniently near tourist sites and restaurants. The hotel supplied reusable glass water bottles which i felt showed commitment to being eco-friendly.
