central location good shower soaking tub
the location is central so walking around district 1 is easy. trips in and out of the city took longer by car because of the traffic. the room is comfortable with a good shower. i liked the soaking tub in the living room
the room was a little small. the general cleanliness could be better. for example, the cutlery was not clean

lovely touch buffet breakfast seventh floor
i found the hotel beautifully decorated, paying great attention to detail. our room on the seventh floor felt spacious and comfortable. i liked the bathroom with its shower and provided toiletries. fresh fruits in the room were a lovely touch. the buffet breakfast was very good.
the walls are thin. i noticed noise from nearby rooms and the hallway.

friendly staff breakfast buffet central location
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet had local and western selections. the location was perfect. It was close to the apartment cafe and walking street. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit provided daily.
the room i had was beside the elevator, and this caused some noise.

excellent communication attentive staff selection of teas room balcony
communication with the staff was excellent both before and . the reception area had attentive staff. my room included bottles of different teas, a nice touch. the balcony offered a view and the bath in the room was a bonus.
The room was a bit too dark for my liking. More lighting could improve the ambiance.

the location offered easy access to many attractions and restaurants i appreciated the complimentary fresh fruits tea and snacks in the room the breakfast buffet had tasty options i found the staff helpful and very friendly they ensured a comfortable stay
the walls seemed a bit thin noise from nearby areas was noticeable at times

the staff demonstrated great hospitality they addressed requests promptly and with a smile i especially valued the quick resolution of a minor issue i had the service felt heartfelt and genuine surpassing most experiences i've had.

Really good boutique STAY
noodle soup friendly staff central location glass bottles
The breakfast buffet featured a different noodle soup each day I loved trying the local flavors. The staff helped me coordinate transportation and they spoke english WELL. The hotel is conveniently near tourist sites and restaurants. The hotel supplied reusable glass water bottles which i felt showed commitment to being eco-friendly.
The elevator could be a bit noisy at times though it didn't greatly affect my stay.

staff opened doors and greeted me warmly they were always available to help with my luggage i REALLY appreciated their attentiveness and the personalized service offered throughout my stay which was good.

i noticed the hotel used glass water bottles which they refilled upon request this is a small thing but it showed commitment to the environment the hotel provided tea and nuts in the room free of charge these were replenished daily which was a nice touch.

the room included good air conditioning that worked VERY well ensuring a comfortable temperature the bed was large and comfortable which was fantastic after a long day exploring I could relax and enjoy quiet time.
