The lunch set is priced at VND 120,000++ per person and includes a salad buffet, main dishes, soups, and side dishes. Vegetarian options are available on the 1st and 15th of the lunar month. an amazing stay in a perfect place

the staff always welcomed me with smiles. the breakfast buffet had many great options, a wonderful start to each day. the location was convenient, near shops. i also loved the lounge on the rooftop, a perfect spot with views of the river.
the gym equipment felt a bit old and could use updates.

the hotel included a beautiful pool area, complete with many loungers. i enjoyed the convenience of an on-site restaurant. the lobby offered comfortable seating. the gym had some treadmills and bikes.

the front desk staff were always very helpful. housekeeping kept my room immaculate. room service was prompt and efficient. i was always treated very nicely by all hotel staff, a big plus.

the hotel was central, close to many attractions. shopping was easily accessible from here. i found the location perfect for exploring. restaurants and cafes are only steps away too.

the location was acceptable.
The room was small. I've seen bigger closets. also, i found the extra bed placement near the window on the ninth floor odd, especially since my kid nearly took a tumble out of it. it took the manager ages to understand the problem even after i pointed out it was a safety hazard. It was an oversight.

my visit included a great breakfast buffet. it offered many different food choices. the staff remembered my omelette preferences the second day. the hotel is near many shops. access felt easy.
i found the management to be a little stringent. it reminded me of a focus was more on money than guest experience. contradictory information created some inconveniences at my arrival.

Underwhelming stay, some issues noticed
stale pastriesmilk charge
I was not impressed. The pastries at breakfast tasted stale. Getting a cappuccino required way too much waiting. The hotel charged for milk in the room. This was a first for me and just seemed petty. (Really?).

The location proves convenient. It allows walking distance to many shops. The breakfast included a delicious selection. The service was also best in class. The bed offered good comfort.
The rooftop staff performed poorly. As a solo woman, I felt ignored there. It took them a long time to give me a menu. It also took a long time to get me a drink.
