Underdog Hotel, renovated in 2014, is 15 km from Hamburg. Guests choose between S, M, L, & XL room sizes. Rooms include a small desk, cable TV, a safe for laptops, and a shower bath with a hairdryer. Options range from single beds to double beds. Extra-large double rooms offer more space and include a flat-screen TV, blackout curtains, and soundproof windows. Neat details include a ballet bar for a wardrobe or table football figurines as towel holders.

Dining: Restaurant & Bar

The hotel features the restaurant and bar Lütt Liv, serving home-baked cake and a vegan burger. A nice meal is available at the Restaurant Fischerklause, with eel, pike, and carp fresh from the lake. One of the best steaks in the city is served at the Bootshaus Grill & Bar on Kaiserkai. The café in the calm patio serves breakfast. The Café del Sol at the Country House offers international flair.
