The staff provided a friendly welcome. The hotel location allowed easy access to nearby shops. I found the breakfast offered a satisfying start to the DAY. The convenient car park location nearby was a bonus.

The rooms were clean and well presented. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. the location was amazing. I loved its closeness to all the main attractions.
the walls seemed a little thin. i could hear some noise from other guests.

The breakfast area was spacious with many tables. A good variety of foods are available. the bar area offered ample seating. i noticed some fun decorations for halloween. Great touch.

The breakfast location was spot on right next to the Winter Gardens where I was watching the darts.
My disappointment stemmed from several issues. Everything advertised never happened except two games of bingo, one even needed a request. Food was not very edible, either undercooked or overcooked. Coffee was cold.
