The staff provided excellent service. The check-in process was effortless, and Pedro assisted with understanding the location. Our luggage disappeared only to reappear when we were escorted to our rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I noticed the room I was assigned was very different from the pictures. It was way smaller, tighter, and less private. The hotel representative mentioned the hotel displays their best rooms for marketing purposes. Rooms within the same category could vary greatly.

the staff provided a list of nice restaurants. i was told about sights i should visit. a lovely breakfast was provided daily. there was a pillow menu in my room.

i requested an early check in and received confirmation. i was told the hotel was full when i arrived and i couldn't get in early. i came back to the hotel at 3:30 pm and my room was still not available. i was put in the only room on the 4th floor and could hear the noise of all pool activity through the ceiling.

I loved the location. It was central but on a quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning team maintained perfect rooms. Turndown service was a nice touch. Breakfast included quality produce and many options.

The minimalist decor seemed a bit insufficient, given the room size. I would have liked more storage.

The location was great , very central yet it was on a quiet street. My room on the third floor was super clean. I was happy as it had a hairdryer and straighteners. Breakfast included fresh fruit , yogurt , and freshly made eggs.

I requested an early check in and received confirmation. Upon arrival , I was told the hotel was full , and I could not check in early. I returned after the regular check in time and the room was still unavailable. My early check in turned into a late one.
