Sleep & Fly T1 Barcelona rooms are located in the business center area of Terminal 1 in Barcelona El Prat Airport, a few steps from your plane. The 25 rooms are suitable for resting and making the most of your time. Rooms are available in blocks of three hours from 9 AM. All rooms feature natural light, a high-quality bed, a desk, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. You will find a kettle and coffee machine along with complimentary coffee, tea, and infusion capsules. This twin/double room has a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries.
Room types
The hotel offers Standard Rooms (20 m2) with a double bed, wake-up service, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, and free tea and coffee. Junior Suites (31 m2) provide greater space and a seating area, in addition to all the comforts of the standard room. All rooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.

Location and transport
Sleep & Fly is within a 15-minute drive of Poble Espanyol and Port Vell. To arrive by car, park in the T1 car park, zones E or F. From Terminal 1 Arrivals: After collecting the luggage, go straight until the space called 'Plaça'. In one of the corners you will see a Caixabank bank branch. From Terminal 2 Arrivals: Go outside and take the shuttle to Terminal 1 (runs every five minutes), to the Arrivals area/Puente Aéreo. Go up to floor 2 (arrivals) and walk to the Air Shuttle building. On the right hand side you will find the entrance to the hotel.

Staff speaks Catalan, German, English, and Spanish. The shower service includes gel, shampoo, towels, and access to lockers. The Barcelona Airport business center is suitable for meetings, congresses, and events, with meeting rooms that have natural light and audiovisual equipment. The hotel is right inside the airport. Terminal access was immediate. It made my early flight stress-free. I found the staff efficient, directing me clearly. I felt supported. There's a cafe just outside the hotel. It offers variety.

The hotel's location within the terminal provided great convenience. The breakfast included many options.. I found the front desk staff very helpful. They efficiently assisted with my inquiries.
Finding the hotel was difficult due to poor signage within the terminal. The shower was small with a fixed showerhead. The toilet door could not stay closed properly.

the hotel had an excellent location inside the airport terminal. the breakfast provided a convenient start to the day.
finding the hotel was hard because the signs inside the airport aren't clear. my bathroom had a glass door, but the door didn't properly close. also, i could hear a lot of noise between rooms.

The hotel is directly inside Terminal 1, a major plus for early flights. Check-in was smooth. The room was soundproof. No traffic noise was audible. I found the staff helpful with flight check-in suggestions.
I found it difficult to find the hotel initially. Better signage would greatly improve the experience.
