The shuttle service was on time. That was helpful.

the hotel felt very dated, especially the room. i was charged extra for internet, something i found frustrating (it should be included these days). the additional charge was like a way to squeeze more money out of guests.

broken shower expensive wi-fi

the location was acceptable.

The shower barely worked. More water came out of the taps than the showerhead. the tap in the sink moved every time i touched it, it was annoying. there was no free wi-fi. It cost $9.99 a day unless you are a member of some club, i wasn't told this at check-in.

friendly staff clean room helpful service

the hotel offered quick and friendly service and the room was notably clean and soundproofed. i needed information regarding pet allowances on the shuttle and the desk staff promptly provided that. every staff member i encountered was excellent offering helpful service.

inadequate soundproofing old room

The location near the airport are its only advantage. Staff are friendly, but there are issues. Our room faced the runways, it was pretty neat. the noise from the planes began to grated on me as I tried to sleep, I finded the soundproofing to be inadequate. the room appear old, it definitely requires updates.

dismissive staff non-functional shower

The staff at the front desk seemed quite dismissive when I mentioned the shower wasn't working. They acted like I didn't know how to use a faucet. That was frustrating, especially since I had an early flight and no time to argue. I ended up skipping my shower and that was not a good start to my travel day.
