the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. all facilities were available. i will book it again if i visit again.

The shower was not working properly. I couldn't mix the water to take a shower. they really need to fix it. the wife was rude to my girlfriend for no reason and i heard her from upstairs. very bad attitude.

the customer service was great.. i really appreciated the responsiveness. my room was also nicely set off the main road, so the area was fairly quiet. everything around check in was simple. the bathroom and bedroom were both very clean.

there was no tv, kettle or cups in my room. kitchen access was restricted. two plug sockets did not work. the double bed was just made up of two single mattresses.
