The hotel location had good access to a metro line. It leads directly to the city center in about 20 minutes. The kitchenette worked well with a possibility to ask for a cleaning kit.

The hotel was much too warm for me. Every day I tried to lower my room temperature, but it was always set to 25°C. I would have liked it more environmentally friendly.

the room was surprisingly spacious and very clean great light came in to the room the blackout blinds were appreciable

the staff was not very friendly nor helpful at times they were rude i stayed six nights and i could hear sirens all night long every night the staff refused to move me to a room on the other side of the building away from the hospital as they claimed the noise was normal

the location proved convenient with proximity to various shops and cafes.

the air conditioning was not effective and the room remained too warm. despite reporting this, i found the staff unresponsive. the kitchen lacked essential equipment, specifically there was no cooking oil or basic seasonings such as salt and pepper making it difficult to prepare even simple meals.

Modern Stay near Porte d'Italie

The hotel provides easy access to public transportation. It is close to bus, tram, and metro lines. I found the connections to the RER for airport travel simple because of a short tram ride. Being able to store my luggage for the day proved convenient, as my flight departed in the evening.

The room cleaning occurred only after five days of my seven-day stay. I had to request towel replacements. The lack of information regarding room amenities became apparent. There was no clear guide about available services.
