I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful . The breakfast was a standout, with plenty of choices available each morning. I appreciated having a small grocery store nearby, it made using the in-room kitchen very convenient.

The breakfast included various options each morning. A handwritten personalized note, accompanied by a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, welcomed me upon arrival. It felt so nice.
The waiting time to reach my room was quite long. I also disliked the shared laundry. Someone accidentally took my basket after I put my clothes in. I paid at the hotel, but the refund is still not yet visible.

a very fine, alright stay

the room was clean, i guess. i also liked the free coffee and pastries available in the lobby during the day.
the hallways had a funny smell like mold. also, the bed was kinda terrible, and while i was sleeping the room got way too hot. i discoverd the a/c has a timer, dumb.

The breakfast offered great choice and high quality food. I appreciated that I could take some of the breakfast upstairs. The staff was very pleasant and helpful . They allowed us to leave our bags after check-out until our departure later that day.

The location allows easy access to the underground station. The neighborhood felt quiet, though the parking was expensive! Tower Bridge is within walking distance. A local supermarket is conveniently located nearby.

The staff was amazing and very nice, they run this hotel like a fine-oiled machine. The entire staff demonstrates hospitality. The kitchen staff was particularly friendly and cute. They ensured a warm welcome.
