Surprisingly Nice Stay

The room featured a desk and chair, useful. I found a wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. The room included a TV, a kettle, tea bags and coffee and the bed was comfortable. The large car park at the rear was really great to find.

I have to mention the carpets in the hotel seem to need replacement. I felt the carpets could be cleaner and create a fresher atmosphere, so I hope this gets addressed.

The staff was friendly at check-in. I appreciated the fast service. parking behind the hotel was secure, with the gate locked overnight. the location was great for accessing the airport early the next morning! the room included standard amenities, which i found satisfactory.

I found convenient parking on the road, and it seemed secure. I was very tired from a long drive from the North to Essex (due to the early darkness). The bed was indeed very comfortable. The reception staff welcomed me warmly.

the staff was very friendly and helpful! the car park behind the hotel was very convenient, and locked overnight. i needed to leave the car park late and return soon after, and the receptionist happily opened and closed it for me.

the hallways carpet was quite disgusting and the reception area looked bleak. it's ok for a single night for this price, but do not expect too much.
