The room was quiet despite the hotel's proximity to heathrow airport. This was acceptable.

The room was quite cold upon arrival. the radiator did not seem to function at all . the panel heater struggled to warm the large room sufficiently. I found this unacceptable.

The room was very clean. It had beverages in the fridge and snacks included.

The room was sparsely furnished and quite cold! there were no chairs or a proper mirror in the bedroom only a small electric heater tried to warm the space. The radiator never came on. the ensuite was equally freezing. My toothpaste even froze overnight. i wanted a hot shower, but it was impossible.

The room was nice and neat. I slept well. the dining area was also clean. breakfast was simple, it featured cereal and pastry with tea, i found it sufficient. there was a microwave and kettle provided, helpful.

The heating wasn't on initially, so the room was quite cold when i arrived. caroline provided a fan heater which helped a lot.

Caroline, the receptionist, was very helpful. she responded quickly to the issue with the heating. she got me a fan heater until the heating was working properly. I appreciated her assistance.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay!

My room was amazing and the hotel had character. The person on site was helpful! I found complimentary drinks and nibbles in my room, a very nice touch. The location was excellent and everything was spotlessly clean.

The internal lighting could be improved! and the radiator in my room didn't work.

i appreciate the clean, big rooms. caroline, the receptionist, was very helpful, and the room was freezing as the heating was not on. she gave us a fan heater, and it really helped until the heating worked.

the hotel offers continental breakfast on the site. staff told us we had to make our own breakfast. the kitchen was small, and there were only bread and eggs. it was not enough to feed my family.
