One Global Resorts Green Square offers 90 designer boutique suites, ranging from Deluxe Studios to two-bedroom suites. Each suite includes an internal laundry, a full kitchen, and separate living and dining spaces. Suites feature free unlimited Wi-Fi, a flat-screen Smart TV with STAYCast, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Kitchens contain a convection microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, cookware, cutlery, and a Vittoria coffee machine. Bathrooms include a hairdryer, plush towels, bathrobes, slippers, and Smith & Co toiletries. Select rooms include balconies, available upon request. The hotel also offers Executive Two Bedroom suites interconnecting with a Studio Suite.

As part of the Infinity Square retail and dining precinct, One Global Resorts Green Square provides access to dining venues including Social Society, Bashan Noodle, Cafe Noun, Gong Cha Tea and Nam2. The new shopping precinct includes Koskela, Three Blue Ducks, Black Star Pastry, the Drink Hive (a natural wine and craft beer bottle shop), Kingsmore Meats (a butcher), Welcome Dose Coffee, and Wholefoods House (an organic grocery store). The Grounds of Alexandria, known for its coffee, café, bar, Eatery, and kitchen garden, offers breads, jams, and pastries.

Surprising Central Convenience

The hotel is very close to the train station. I was like a local by the end of my stay. There is a supermarket and places to eat just around the corner. The location felt central, yet it was not inundated with crowds from the city itself.

I found the wind whistled through the building. I had to put a towel along the bottom of the apartment door to stop it.

Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in was easy, and the parking facilities were good. One of the staff helped me a lot. I felt very welcomed at the hotel.

The hotel is near the train station. Access to eateries and shopping is easy. Travel to the city for sightseeing took less than fifteen minutes by public transport. The hotel is also close to the airport.

The train station was right there. THAT was convenient.

The gym was a letdown. Equipment was broken. Bathrooms WERE filthy. Housekeeping was unpredictable, and my stove remained dirty even after requesting cleaning TWICE.

The cutlery and plates were dirty when i arrived. I also found a bowl with a cut up cigarette and what looked like cannabis in the cupboard. This lack of cleanliness was concerning.
