"I have to be honest I chose this one because they take dogs hardly any do the only other option was mucho dinero, However that said , it is very clean quiet and safe, the beds are good and the linen is fresh, the owners are lovely always cheerful and helpful, the internet is good I have had no trouble working online from here, and there is a very helpful print shop round the corner who have taken care of all my printing and publishing need, and the bonus is a fridge, what a joy not having to slice the milk for your coffee in this weather."

the staff was friendly. they provided me with a very good heater. the room was already warm when i arrived, the room had a tv and a fridge. there was a microwave in the room. the location was good.

the stairs to the room were steep. this proved slightly difficult with luggage.

The hotel offered very good value for the money I spent. The location proved very convenient, near Coral Island and the main attractions. The provided heater worked well upon arrival. The room was already warm. A wash hand basin ,and a kitchen worktop was very practical.

The hotel did not have a lift, so carrying luggage to the upper floors was a bit difficult.

cigarette smellinsufficient cutlery

the staircase smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. it was an unpleasant odor. the room itself had insufficient cutlery. we only got one toilet paper roll for TEN guests. it was WHOLLY inadequate for our needs.

Laundry service was available! I also had access to a basin in both rooms and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and microwave! Showers were hot, which I always appreciate. The double room had ample storage and space, perfect. The staff were nice and approachable. They were very helpful.

I noticed alcoholics sitting on the steps outside, drinking and smoking. It was a bit unsettling.

Fantastic Value with a Tower View

I got excellent value for money with my room. Its location was superb. It was very close to attractions. I found a wardrobe, TV, microwave, and fridge inside the room. The person checking me in was very nice and provided a very good heater. The room was warm when I arrived.

The staircase was a bit of a challenge. The hotel could improve this with an elevator.
