The staff was friendly. The room was spacious, a lovely surprise. I really appreciated the complimentary pint of milk upon arrival, a thoughtful gesture.

The manager was cute. Cereal and fruit were available. Milk was provided for tea and coffee in my room. The room was very clean, pleasant, and fairly basic. I also found bottled water. I really liked the room, and I had hangers and storage space. I found that the room also had a fridge, which I considered handy. I also had plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits.

Check-in took a little longer than expected, a minor inconvenience.

The location was central enough to get around easily. That was acceptable

I found a lightbulb out in the bathroom. It was annoying. The shower pressure fluctuated wildly. I really hate that. The noise from other guests was audible late into the night. I didn't sleep well.
