the host was really helpful! they made sure i had everything i needed. i even got balloons in my room because it was my birthday, how cool is that? it was a fun surprise and i really appreciated the attention to detail!

non-functioning jacuzzistained furniture
the jacuzzi bath in my room did not function . i found the lack of breakfast service inconvenient despite prior confirmation. the furniture was also stained, i consider that unacceptable. also the shower leaked all over the floor so i had to use towels to stop the water coming through to the bedroom

the host was helpful i found some cans of fizzy drink and bottled water in my room it was a nice touch my daughter enjoyed watching dvds i found in the room the dvd player worked well
the bar was not open so i could not get breakfast this was not a big issue for me the bathroom shower was not great

The host was very helpful. He provided some fizzy drinks and bottled water in my room, which I found a nice touch. My daughter enjoyed the DVDs provided in the room, with a DVD player available.
I saw the host at check-in, but that was all . I had asked for breakfast prior to arrival, and the host confirmed when I checked in. I woke up to nothing and nobody around.
