nice stay

helpful staff modern design spacious room

the staff were helpful and efficient! the hotel had a new, modern design. I was especially impressed with the free upgrade I received to a more spacious room. The cleanliness was apparent throughout, contributing to a very comfortable visit.

The hotel advertised rooms with tubs, why i booked it, though upon arrival i was informed that no such rooms were available.

The breakfast provided an excellent start to each day. It featured a wide array of choices. i noticed the dining area was always kept very clean and well-organized by staff. the selection included both hot and cold items.

The hotel's proximity to the central station was very convenient. It simplified travel arrangements. Several bus stops are very close by, as is the tram. the location offers easy access to different parts of the city.

kind staff train station really good bedding stylish interior

I found the staff kind and always ready to assist. the hotel's proximity to the train station made travel SIMPLE. the bedding was really good. I had a great rest. the stylish interior design added to the overall enjoyment of MY stay.

i did notice that the room felt a touch Dusty.

The room had universal electrical outlets and USB-C ports for charging devices. It proved very convenient. Lighting in the room was excellent. I found that the room was quite spacious and accommodated my needs. This was welcome.

i really did appreciate the breakfast, they offered a lot of options and i found the food to be really fresh. the room, a quadruple room, was quite spacious, and it was clean, a big plus for me. i also like that it was pretty easy to walk to the main station.

one problem was the shower that had a design issue, i see the water spilled out, not fun. the air condition was centrally controlled, so i coudnt really adjusted it to what i wanted. there wasnt enough place for my luggage either, so it was a little difficult to organize my stuff.

The shower Did have a weird design. Water started leaking onto the bathroom floor after a few minutes. It seems like water pressure built up. I think it's not so relaxing. there was also no place to put my luggage. the room was QUITE small

the staff was friendly and helpful. they provided us with a room upgrade when we arrived. the location is near public transport. i found it was easy to get around.

i found the room small with little space. the design had some functional shortcomings. the shower water did not get hot enough, it was lukewarm.
